Naveena Chittineedi

Naveena Chittineedi is a first-year medical student, former Department of Health certified Rape Crisis Counselor where she advocated for cases involving rape/sexual assault, human trafficking, domestic violence, and child abuse, and current NYMC AMWA Advocacy Chair and AMA Chapter Co-President. Motivated by her experiences growing up as low-income immigrant in Queens, New York, Naveena is deeply passionate about social and healthcare justice and is committed to advocating for medically underserved communities.
